Song challenges, writing challenges, Sims challenges, just about any challenge. While tossing around blog ideas with my partner in crime the idea to do a monthly challenge came up. I was hesitant to move this to the blog but then tossed it up and said ‘why not?’. Here you have it, my first 30 Day Challenge.

An opportunity that I’m grateful for is the fact that this last year I’ve been gifted the amazing role to take on more responsibility with new agents at work. Coaching and development are something that I feel that I’m good at. I love taking these young agents right out of training and providing them knowledge and experience to develop into the best agents they can choose to be. I feel like I’m good at providing feedback in order to positively further their future, if not with the current company then wherever their career path leads them.
