Every day this month I’ll post a Gratefulness or Gratitude prompt. I’d really enjoy hearing your input on this prompt as well in the comments below. Today’s prompt:I’m somehow drawn to challenges. Song challenges, writing challenges, Sims challenges, just about any challenge. While tossing around blog ideas with my partner in crime the idea to do a monthly challenge came up. I was hesitant to move this to the blog but then tossed it up and said ‘why not?’. Here you have it, my first 30 Day Challenge.

Can I name just one person that makes me laugh? I laugh. Loudly. And a lot. At like everything. All. The. Time. And apparently with my lack of ability to word on a regular basis I make other people laugh. A lot. If I have to break it down even more I’m going to go to a smaller focus group. The Minions of Mischief. Currently age 9 down to 2 there have been a lot of delightful (an even more less than delightful) moments. I love that since many are chronicled on the magic of social media they come back as memories year after year. The day I told MooMoo that she was driving me to drink and she very perkily offered to get me a sippy cup. The day Goobie was being a bit rough and I reminded him that he needed to be gentle as Meme is old and fragile and he didn’t even have to think before responding that I wasn’t fragile. Seriously kid, you just called me old! The day I wanted months for, when Squirt finally said Meme to my face and then didn’t stop. At all. For what felt like forever. OK, perhaps that was more annoying but it was also delightfully cute for the first 30 minutes and made me giggle they way she did it. Munchkin was a whirlwind of awesome growing up from deebee deebees to watch and eggy sauce and pink fish to eat. Or bringing the potty chair to the kitchen when he was potty training and I didn’t feel the need to watch him go for the 10th time in 30 minutes. These kiddos make me laugh. They also make me cry, give me hope for our future, but oh gravy they make me laugh.
